iFit.com has been redesigned again to align with business objectives in 2018.
With the live ifit.com I was involved with the new redesign but my roles within the company shifted I was no longer just on web design.

The Objective
iFit's homepage was a little dated, and closely resembled apple.com. We really wanted to implement a new homepage that quickly directs visitors to the appropriate sections of the website. iFit offers a lot, and our customer base varies greatly from large equipment users to non-equipment users, so we needed to direct those users more efficiently to the correct spot.

The old site was promo focused vs service focused. Aka we were navel gazing and wanted users to click and buy vs showing users what benefits we offer them and services we provide them. 

Mobile traffic is growing rapidly year after year due to new marketing efforts, so we implemented a mobile-first approach in our design process. 

After many back and forths and some editing due to user testing and A/B testing this is the end product of this redesign. That being said, we are always looking to refresh/redo our space on the web, so it's never fully finished (shhhh we're redesigning our whole site right now 😉 )

In the redesign of iFit's homepage and the shift of focus from promo-based to service-based marketing, we lost the catch-all for our promos.

While it didn't belong on the homepage, we needed a promotional area to exist digitally on our site. This need brought us to the solution of landing pages for our various promotions. Having a landing page for specific users and promotions that apply to those users has allowed us to really narrow in what promos are effective and what promos are not.

Plastic packaging isn’t always intuitive to people outside of the packaging producing industry. Right off the bat it was a challenge for us to move through the the content to make it user friendly to the average person. Whether it be within the packaging industry or not. 

First we did a brain content analyze meeting with PPI. This included many post-it notes. After having them dump all the possible things they would want on their new website, we organized it into similar buckets which really narrowed it down to THINK, MAKE, DO. Because that’s exactly what PPI provides their customers.

The Peace of Mind campaign was sparked by wanting to show American HealthTech's clients that they had what the client needed. The best way to do that was to show them via the device it was designed for, an iPad! The plan was to send out iPads to the top potential clients, the program ended up working so well they continue to reach out to their top potential clients with this program.

Gitchi-Gami Body Co. is a soap company created by 3 women with the desire to create natural soaps with whole ingredients. 

Every year Boston Scientific treats their top sellers to a get-a-way. To motivate the representatives to be in the cream of the crop, Boston Scientific sends a little package to the representatives currently at the top or towards the top. This year the destination was Costa Rica, so Duz created custom coffee labels, and a little tote bag.

The Just Right Just Rural campaign was based off of the American HealthTech's Peace of Mind campaign. Healthland, AHT's sister company decided they wanted to run a similar program since it worked so well for AHT.
